Convenient card slots to better suit containers of different sizes

1) The height of the upper slot can be adjusted up and down to meet the needs of containers of different sizes.
2) The redesigned slot is more convenient to operate, the seam is tighter, and the stability is improved.

 

Hydraulic lifting device

The lifting force of each hydraulic lifting device is 10T, and the lifting force of the whole set is 40T. The four lifting devices can achieve synchronous lifting or individual lifting, which fully meets the needs in different situations.

 

Control cabinet

The combination of control cabinet + quick connection group + remote control makes loading and unloading work orderly and fast.

OPERATION PROCEDURE

1) Fix the four lifting devices to the slots at the four corners of the container and tighten them;
2) Connect the lifting devices with the quick-connect assembly according to the prompts;
3) Use the remote control to lift the container about 20cm away from the vehicle body



4) Container transport vehicles are removed;



5) Lower the container to the ground for loading and unloading; after loading and unloading, lift the container and return it to the transport vehicle.
